Harry loves mornings. He loves the light layer of morning dew that dusts the grass, the mist that hangs in the air. He loves the way the morning sun shines through the windows, and how it highlights Draco’s hair as he takes his first sip of coffee. If Harry could, he’d go back and experience every morning he’s had with Draco all over again.
There are also, surprisingly, the aftermath of their fights on his list. He likes the way broken glass knits itself back together at a flick of his wand, the way Draco kisses the curve of his shoulder in apology, and the way he melts into Harry’s embrace.
He doesn’t know if a Time-Turner could take him as far back as their first date. He’d try it if he wasn’t so wary of losing track of the amount of hours it would take to get there.
“Do I want to know what you’re thinking about right now?” Draco asks. He frowns down at the dregs at the bottom of his mug, taps the rim with his wand, and Vanishes them.
“Just thinking about all the times I would go back to if I had a Time-Turner,” Harry replies, and runs a finger over the lip of Draco’s mug. Draco watches it, that adorable crinkle on his brow appearing.
"Oh," Draco says, and stares into his empty mug. “I’m sure you have lots of times you like to go back to. Adventures with Weasley and Granger, Quidditch celebrations, summers at the Burrow."
Harry latches onto a bit of Draco’s shirt. “All the times I’d go back to involve you. Dates, arguments, lazy Saturday mornings.” Using his hold on Draco’s shirt, Harry pulls him close and kisses him.
“I don’t think I would, though. I’d much rather experience the future with you.”
